Note: Functionality introduced in previous Hot Fix releases of this component may or may not be included in the latest General release. Customers are encouraged to verify whether specific Hot Fix releases are included in the currently shipping version. The Known Issues and Recommendations section is a cumulative list with the most recent items at the top of the list. This list includes information on when individual items were found and, if applicable, corrected. |

Corrections and ModificationsThis is a hot fix for this product. This release contains the following correction: The new Blue Pumpkin Integration (BPI) option, UseTFSEventFilter, which is configured in the BPI section, enables events filtering. The option information is as follows: UseTFSEventFilter The value true enables events filtering. When events filtering is enabled, BPI ignores all events except NotReadyForNextCall, WaitForNextCall, and LoggedOut. (ER# 168179856) Blue Pumpkin Integration (BPI) now substitutes the Genesys State for the Reason Code, if the Reason Code is empty. The new option, SubstituteEmptyReason, which is configured in the BPI section, enables this action. The option information is as follows: SubstituteEmptyReason The value true enables BPI to substitute the Genesys State as the Reason Code, if the Reason Code is empty. (ER# 163887999) |

This release contains the following modifications: When Blue Pumpkin Integration (BPI) is monitoring the configured Agent Group for RealTime Adherence and a new agent is added to that Agent Group or an existing agent's Employee ID is modified, BPI begins sending agent state change messages for that agent within 1 minute. When an agent is removed from that same Agent Group, BPI stops sending agent state change messages for that agent within 1 minute. (ER# 109989811) |

Known Issues and RecommendationsThis section provides the latest information on known issues and recommendations associated with this product. The message ...INTEGRATION_ERR: Specified time value format is invalid... appears in the log file but does not affect functionality. Please disregard it. (ER# 177938711).
If you try to stop the Blue Pumpkin Integration server (WFM Data Aggregator) while the Blue Pumpkin Exchange Server is running, the Blue Pumpkin Integration server freezes. To stop this component, use the Windows Task Manager. (ER# 93283)
